Dear Region III members,
Our Region is the largest and most active NCURA Region in the nation because of the commitment of our members. Our regional meetings continue to increase in size and scope, and we invest heavily to provide quality and timely programming to meet those evolving needs. Because of this, we need your help! We’re asking each of you to encourage your organization to become an institutional sponsor.
In 2019, we challenged our Florida institutions to help sponsor the spring meeting at Margaritaville, and the response was incredible! The meeting was a resounding success thanks in part to our friends in Florida. This April, we return to Florida for a joint meeting with Region IV and we want to raise the bar.
For the 2020 spring meeting at the TradeWinds Grand Island Resort in St. Pete Beach Florida, we are challenging the entire region to help support our efforts. In order to celebrate the Region III tradition of friendly competition among our 11 states and 2 territories, we are bringing back the State Cup. The State with the most institutional support will be recognized during the conference.
Your institution, college, or school’s sponsorship helps us keep our registration costs low and is an investment in you and your career development. Sponsoring NCURA Region III also provides recognition for your institution and the great work they are performing. Our sponsorship level rates are low so that every institution can participate and showcase their investment in research administration and professional development.
Please consider one of the following sponsorship levels:
The Institutional Sponsorship level is $500! Each institution will be proudly featured on the Region III website (Logo and link to the Institutions research office or research video), logo in our app, and will be recognized during the conference.
The Host Institution Sponsorship level is $1500 and includes all the benefits above and one complimentary registration. We will proudly show a 30 second video from your institution and recognize all attendees from that institution during the conference. Host institution sponsors will also get a table in our vendor area to exhibit research or programs they choose to showcase.
We are sending this information to the entire membership to start a grassroots campaign for university sponsors, so even if you cannot commit support yourself, please send this to someone at your institution who might be able to and ask them to contact Marc Haon at mhaon@cec.sc.edu or by phone at 334-444-7514 with questions. You can also register your intent by filling out this form.
Please confirm your sponsorship level no later than March 30, 2019.
