Dear NCURA Region 3,
Due to the current public health crisis, our joint conference, “Expanding the Circle: One Profession, Diverse Perspectives,” has been canceled. We regret that we were unable to inform you sooner, but there was a great deal of federal, state, and local guidance that had to be reviewed and considered before a decision to take this step could be made. We thank you for the patience you have shown and for the faith you had in us to prioritize our members’ health and well-being. We want to sincerely thank our program and planning committees that put so many volunteer hours into the planning and coordination of this meeting. Your work has been invaluable and has not gone unnoticed by our membership.
Those of you who have registered for the meeting will receive a follow-up e-mail with additional details about refunds. Trade Winds will be canceling all room reservations for us that were made under the meeting code. If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to us.
